Dippin’ Dots CEO Sent Nudes to Ex-Girlfriend’s Mother as a Portion of’Vicious Harassment’ and Also’Blackmail’ Campaign, Lawsuit Claims

Fischer’s attorneys reportedly responded to the allegations by asserting Amanda Brown is a”outlandish” example of attempted extortion.
The 14-page litigation, filed earlier this month in Oklahoma state district court, says that following his toxic two-year connection with Amanda Brown, the dessert mogul began a”persistent and vicious campaign of harassment and retaliation targeting Amanda, culminating at his non-consensual dissemination of her private sexual images to third parties”
“On a minumum of one recent event, Fischer delivered Amanda’s private sexual image to maybe the most traumatizing audience imaginable–Amanda’s mother,” the suit states.

Brown explained that Fischer always abused alcohol throughout their connection despite her”frequently” begging to quit engaging in the self-destructive lifestyle she says led to the conclusion of their connection.
According to the suit, Fischer didn’t send the intimate photos of Brown into other people, he repeatedly suggested that he had been”too rich or strong for her to hold him liable,” and assured her that”the law cannot reach him” Brown further alleged that Fischer utilized the sexual images of her within a brand new scheme.
“Fischer has disseminated Amanda’s private sexual images to third parties, even threatened to do so, and tried to blackmail Amanda to behave in certain manners lest he do so,” the lawsuit states. “Frequently, Fischer has threatened Amanda with dissemination of private sexual images to be able to persuade Amanda to offer him some thing of value”
Underneath Oklahoma state law, blatantly disseminating private sexual images with the intention to”harass, intimidate or coerce” another is a crime punishable by up to unmarried in prison plus a fine up to $1,000 dollars.
The complaint also contained alleged excerpts of text messages Fischer delivered to Brown. For instance, on Dec. 3, 2019,” Fischer supposedly wrote:”I am sending the [REDACTED] video to [Person A] to hold on to for us possibly fighting”
Brown responded by telling Fischer”You do and that I will forever hate u,” and saying that their relationship had been”done”
Before this year, Fischer supposedly composed,”Fuck you, you aren’t a good person. I only sent you the pics by text that I am about to send out. You may see what my revenge is going to do.”
Later that afternoon Fischer supposedly sent a follow up text scanning:”I sent your nudes out to everyone […] watch what I do to you. I’m going to be sure any sex pics, bad pics are sent to your employer, they will be soon delivered to our buddies, then I will sue you for [the dog]… would you want to see what war is like… I am about to reveal you.”
Alleging that Fischer engaged in similarly violent behaviour in two previous connections, Brown explained that she had been filing the lawsuit to stop him from engaging in such conduct in the future.
“Aware that predatory behavior continues when unconfronted, Amanda brings this action for compensatory and punitive damages to be able to vindicate her rights and, ideally, discourage Fischer–and people similarly likely –from treating others how Fischer handled her,” the lawsuit states.
Dippin’ Dots didn’t immediately respond to an inquiry from Law&Crime. TMZ, nevertheless, reported that Fischer’s lawyers released a statement, calling Brown’s suit an effort to defraud his or her CEO client after he finished the connection.
“This inflammatory suit caused by Ms. Brown is not anything more than an effort to extort Mr. Fischer later he ended their relationship. It’s unfortunate that she has stooped to the amount of attacking my client through an outlandish suit, covering her up illegal activities,” the announcement said. “Mr. Fischer is frustrated this has become a legal issue despite his efforts to bring about a respectful settlement. He is prepared to place the thing behind him and move forward.”
