A celebrity sued singer Marilyn Manson on Friday for an alleged pattern of sexual abuse. Plaintiff Esmé Bianco, that had a recurring part as Ros from the first phases of Game of Thrones, was one of the women who previously stepped forward with claims from the provocateur musician. She moved one step further with her story by submitting in a California court.
In her complaint, she described Manson (real name Brian Hugh Warner) engaging in a years-long campaign of control and abuse against her, which escalated if he persuaded her to fly into Los Angeles for a video movie. But there was supposedly no team, he made her stay at his home, compelled her to be on-call 24/7, plied her with all drugs and alcohol, threatened her, and beat her.
“He compelled Ms. Bianco to observe an extremely violent film that compelled her to faint,” the lawsuit said. “He attempted to force her to perform sexual acts on camera with another woman who
Was present during the shoot. Perhaps most horrifyingly,” Mr. Warner secured Ms. Bianco from the bedroom, tied into a prayer kneeler, and beat with a whip that Mr. Warner said was used by the Nazis. In addition, he electrocuted her.”
According to the complaint, issues lasted through May 2009, when they began a sexual relationship during his visit to London. He persuaded her in April 2011 to proceed to Los Angeles to live with him. He was described as being controlling, and also threatening to interfere with her visa process. The defendant allegedly kept the apartment in”near-total darkness,” wanted the warmth to at all times remain at 63 amount Fahrenheit, was verbally abusive to Bianco, hauled objects, also berated her to items, such as expressing concern about him acting violent and sensual films throughout the apartment.
“On another occasion, Mr. Warner cut Ms. Bianco using a Nazi knife during sex, with no permission, and photographed the cuts in her body. He then posted the pictures online with no consent.”
The plaintiff asserts she suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks due to what occurred.
Talent manager Tony Ciulla, that allegedly dropped Manson as a client amid sexual abuse asserts that emerged this season, is a co-defendant from the criticism. The plaintiff asserted he knew about the abuse, and let it continue.
“These claims are provably false,” Manson attorney Howard E. King said in a statement obtained by Deadline. “To be clear, this suit was just filed after my client refused to be calmed by Ms. Bianco and her attorney and give in to their outrageous financial demands based on behavior that simply never happened. We’ll vigorously contest these allegations in court and are confident that we’ll prevail.”
