New Jersey Man Murdered His Girlfriend, Was Taken to Hospital to Self-Inflicted Wounds: Prosecutors

A man has been charged with murder for allegedly killing his girlfriend. Joseph Palacios, 22, has been taken into a hospital for self-inflicted wounds, said that the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office on Sunday. He took the life of Michelle Paola Castillo Siguencia, 24, authorities said.

Police in the township of Weehawken responded Saturday to a speech on Hudson Avenue, finding Siguencia seemingly dead in an apartment toilet, prosecutors said. She was finally pronounced dead. The official cause and manner of her passing is pending analysis of the Regional Medical Examiner, however it’s worth nothing besides denying, Palacios is charged using a weapon (knife) for criminal purposes, and criminal possession of a weapon (knife).
